Meet Our Team
Marisol Otero: Co-Owner. As Co-Owner and RSC’s lead client liaison, Marisol is the first person most clients meet — the one who walks the property, listens carefully, and helps shape a vision before a single stone is set. Creative, communicative, and grounded in a deep love of the natural world, she’s the connective tissue between RSC’s clients, designers, and crew. A proud member of Tierra Madre HIVE — a Bay Area collective of women landscape professionals dedicated to ecological, sustainable design — Marisol works at the intersection of craft, community, and the land.
Noah Pitts: Head of Design & Construction. Noah leads design and construction at RSC, bringing one of the most unusual and complete design-build backgrounds in the East Bay landscape industry. A four-time graduate of UC Berkeley — with degrees in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Environmental Science, including Master’s in both Architecture (M.Arch.) and Landscape Architecture (M.L.A.) — Noah understands a project from first concept sketch to final joint of stone. His career bridges design, research, and the field: project management at Guzman Construction Group, computational design at Martin Bros., research at Autodesk and the UC Berkeley Center for the Built Environment, and five years teaching graduate design studios at Cal. He’s been recognized with multiple top honors from Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, including the Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor Award and CED Circus Awards in both Architecture and Landscape Architecture. At RSC, Noah translates design intent into built reality — making sure every wall, patio, and structure is true to the vision, structurally sound, and built to last.
Roberto (Beto) Rodriguez: Foreman & Master Mason. Beto is one of the artisans behind RSC’s signature stonework. A foreman with deep masonry expertise, he specializes in dry-stack rock walls and flagstone patios — the kind of hand-set, structurally sound work that turns a hillside into a sculpted garden and a backyard into an outdoor room. He leads with care, holds his crews to a high standard, and takes genuine pride in the camaraderie that defines the RSC team.
Armando Gonzalez: Foreman and irrigation specialist. Armando is responsible for the smooth operations of single projects and curated maintenance. Armando is George’s dad. He is also a proud grandfather, taking care of his daughter’s baby girl when he is at home. Armando loves how our company has become an extended family with mutual respect among all members of the team.
Isaias Morales Flores: Mason. Isaias is one of RSC’s skilled masons and Beto’s longtime partner on the most demanding stonework. Together they build the flagstone patios and dry-stack rock walls that anchor many of our finest projects — work that requires patience, precision, and an instinct for how stone wants to sit. He brings a steady hand, a sharp eye, and the kind of easy camaraderie that makes a long day on site go right.
We self perform a lot of our work and we also partner with great Subcontractors from the Bay Area and beyon.
